A Synopsis Some Of Problems With iPad

Apple iPad is an astonishing machine. There is no doubt that it is device which is not seen before. This Tablet PC is powerful and amazing than any other tablet pc. However, we also cannot ignore some problems in iPad. This article has the purpose of spreading some problems in iPad. Following are the synopsis of some ipad problem :

Flash Contents Are Not Supported: This is because of some quarrel between Apple and Adobe. The iPad users cannot view any flash video, website or any other content. This is a little disappointing. I hope that Apple consider about correcting this.

OS Of iPhone In iPad: The iPad is using same OS as iPhone. Well this was quite unexpected. Almost all the people were looking forward to use Mac OS or windows in iPad. But iPhone OS is not bad too.

Multi-Tasking Not Available: No multi-tasking can be a iPad problem, especially for those who don’t like using only one application at a time. Maybe in the future this problem will be solved.

Virtual Keyboard: Virtual keyboard in iPad is not something new. You can find this in many other Tablet PCs. But the iPad don’t have a pen with it like other tablet PCs. This has made typing in iPad difficult, unless it is easy for you to type with your iPad in your arms. But don’t worry, you can use keyboard dock with iPad if it is difficult for you to use virtual keyboard.

Camera Not Available In iPad: That’s right, no camera in iPad, neither in front nor in back. Video chat, taking pictures and videos is not possible with your iPad. Maybe, there will be a external camera with iPad, hopefully.

These ipad problems have decreased the potentials of iPad. Apple should consider correcting these issues in iPad, which can increase the capability of iPad. Regardless of these problems, the iPad is still very amazing device. I am sure that everyone will find it exciting and proud in using iPad.

10 Concerns about Ipad 2 Problems

1. Can you rub your tummy, wave your hand, chew bubblegum and blink your eyes at the same time? If so, iPad isn’t for you. The device is a multitasking-free zone. OK, some Apple applications kind of work at the same time — on par with rubbing your tummy and chewing gum together. But iPad is, for now, mainly a one-thing-at-a-time device, which is one of several reasons why in early March I singled out the 55-and-older set as a viable market segment.

2. Do you watch videos at places other than YouTube? If so, forget iPad. For me, the device generated scathes of frustration because the browser doesn’t support Adobe Flash. Just try watching videos at MTV.com, Engadget or any (other) WordPress.com site using the built-in video streaming service. They’re Flash-based, baby, so they poop out using iPad’s mobile Safari.

Apple has gone on the offensive against Flash, and Macheads have joined in, justifying the attack. What a load of crap. For all the BS about Apple protecting the user experience, Flash is all over the Web. The Flash flap is like Apple releasing a digital-only TV four years ago and arguing that analog is inferior and has a monopoly on broadcasting standards. Digital is better, so Apple won’t support analog. This is exactly the kind of argument applied to Flash, ignoring it is the major means by which video is delivered over the Web.

3. Do you like to eat with your fingers? Then iPad is for you. The Apple demos don’t lie. The tablet is pure finger food. Are you ambidextrous or would you like to be? Apple is a two-handed device, if rightly used. Think “Minority Report” for the kind of sweeping movements that make iPad fun to use and a remarkably more productive tool than mouse and keyboard.

4. Do you have trouble managing your inbox? I sure as hell do. The mail just piles up for months before I finally get around to deleting and filing. On Saturday night, I cleaned up about six months of @me.com email, using iPad. It was unfraking believable. Using my fingers, I blew through the work in about one-third the time of using keyboard and mouse. Bee-Jesus!

5. Did you rebuy music or movies you already purchased to get the content in a new format? You know, moving from vinyl to CDs or VHS to DVD or DVD to Blu-ray (or, gasp, defunct HD DVD). If so, you’ll be primed to rebuy many iPod/iPhone touch apps as iPad versions, which typically cost more in the larger formatted size. Not only will you pay twice, but higher price, too. Welcome to the iPad economy!

6. Do you like to read while sitting on the toilet? Wonderful, iPad is the ideal bathroom reader. You can choose from e-books, magazine apps or the Web —  even watch a TV show or (gasp!) movie if you need that long in there.

7. Is your music library bigger than a cereal box? Mine is 78GB of music, and video content consumes a little more. The iPad offers storage capacity of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB, which is underwhelming for big content consumers. Since there are no USB ports, digital content stored on portable drives isn’t a real solution either. Streaming music could be an option while you work, but — whoops — Apple prohibits third-party apps like Pandora from doing so.

8. Have you pined for an Apple laptop but couldn’t justify, or afford, $999 for the white MacBook? Well, well, for half that price iPad could be yours. It’s the cheapest Mac you can buy. The tablet easily provides more than 90 percent of everyday portable PC functionality – better than a Windows netbook, in my testing. But there is the puny storage (16GB) for $499, Flashless browser, no peripheral ports (OK, Apple sells extra-cost camera and VGA adaptors) and singletasking to consider. But if you can live with these compromises, iPad has plenty of appeal. The screen is so beautiful, you will want to lick it (and your fingers, too).

9. Do you enjoy reading bulky magazines, like Brides or the old Computer Shopper? Then you’ll love iPad for its heft, on the order of a later series Harry Potter book, but, of course, nowhere as thick. The iPad measures 24.28 cm by 18.97 cm by 1.34 cm (9.56 inches by 7.47 inches by .5 inches). The WiFi model is .68 kg (1.5 pounds) and the 3G model .73 kg (1.6 pounds).

For my tastes, iPad is too large, about as long as a hardcover book and much wider, by about 3 cm. The black border surrounding the viewable part of the screen is about 2 cm around. By removing the border, iPad’s length and width would be about the same as a hardcover book. The iPad doesn’t compare well to ultra-thin, electronic paperscreens, making it not nearly as ”revolutionary” as advertised. In two or perhaps three years, Apple will unveil an iPad nano that is super thin with smaller dimensions.

10. Do you travel often by air and find annoying and time wasting the security process of removing your laptop from its bag? Like me, perhaps you worry about notebook theft while going through the security line. If the answer is yes, iPad could save you time and troubles. In the United States, the TSA has deemed iPad as security check-in friendly. You can leave it in your bag. Yesterday, Altimeter Group analystMichael Gartenberg tweeted: “Going through security with iPad was a breeze. Easiest pass through since 9/11. Nice to lose five pounds that quickly.” That could be you!

8 Problems About the iPad

Big, Ugly Bezel
Have you seen the bezel on this thing?! It’s huge! I know you don’t want to accidentally input a command when your thumb is holding it, but come on.

No Multitasking
This is a backbreaker. If this is supposed to be a replacement for netbooks, how can it possibly not have multitasking? Are you saying I can’t listen to Pandora while writing a document? I can’t have my Twitter app open at the same time as my browser? I can’t have AIM open at the same time as my email? Are you kidding me? This alone guarantees that I will not buy this product.

No Cameras
No front facing camera is one thing. But no back facing camera either? Why the hell not? I can’t imagine what the downside was for including at least one camera. Could this thing not handle video iChat?

Touch Keyboard
So much for Apple revolutionizing tablet inputs; this is the same big, ugly touchscreen keyboard we’ve seen on other tablets, and unless you’re lying on the couch with your knees propping it up, it’ll be awkward to use.

No HDMI Out
Want to watch those nice HD videos you downloaded from iTunes on your TV? Too damned bad! If you were truly loyal, you’d just buy an AppleTV already.

The Name iPad
Get ready for Maxi pad jokes, and lots of ‘em!

No Flash
No Flash is annoying but not a dealbreaker on the iPhone and iPod Touch. On something that’s supposed to be closer to a netbook or laptop? It will leave huge, gaping holes in websites. I hope you don’t care about streaming video! God knows not many casual internet users do. Oh wait, nevermind, they all do.

Adapters, Adapters, Adapters
So much for those smooth lines. If you want to plug anything into this, such as a digital camera, you need all sorts of ugly adapters. You need an adapter for USB for god’s sake.

Update: Why stop at 8? Here are more things we are discovering that suck about the iPad.

It’s Not Widescreen
Widescreen movies look lousy on this thing thanks to its 4:3 screen, according to Blam, who checked out some of Star Trek on one. It’s like owning a 4:3 TV all over again!

Doesn’t Support T-Mobile 3G
Sure, it’s “unlocked.” But it won’t work on T-Mobile, and it uses microSIMs that literally no one else uses.

A Closed App Ecosystem
The iPad only runs apps from the App Store. The same App Store that is notorious for banning apps for no real reason, such as Google Voice. Sure, netbooks might not have touchscreens, but you can install whatever software you’d like on them. Want to run a different browser on your iPad? Too bad!

Cons Of The Apple iPad System

Ever since the Apple has announced its latest product, iPad, it has become a very hot topic everywhere. There have been many pros and cons about the iPad. For some, it is a very interesting and ideal device, while for others it is a little disappointment. Mostly, what the people are disappointed about is the operating system which is used in iPad. People wanted an OSX tablet PC, but that not what happened.

The iPad is using the same operating system as iPhone. Although iPad is very similar to iPhone, but when it comes to performance and function, it is pretty much superior to iPhone and other devices. Therefore, many people think that the OS used in iPad is a waste of such a superior and impressive device.

There are some other issues regarding the operating system of iPad. Operating system of iPad has the ability of deleting all the applications from your iPad. Another problem is that if you want to install any application in your iPad, it is necessary for the application to be permitted from the Apple, or else you will not be able to use that application at all. But worry the people most is the inability of multitasking. The iPad is unable to run various applications at the same time. You can either run Safari or the iWork. The multi-tasking is necessary for students or writer, so unless you are not one of them, you don’t have to worry about this.

Some people are not buying iPad just because of these problems. This is a mistake and these people might regret in future. This is because they are only considering the problems of iPad not its interesting features and functions. These people should reconsider their decisions.

The Bad Side Of iPad

Apple iPad is a latest product by Apple and probably the first product that have some problems with it. This tablet PC was made against the notebook with the notion that it will hit the market leaving notebook behind, but still we don’t know if that is going to happen or not. Comparing with any notebook the iPad is little expensive and lacks some function of notebooks.

Lets talk about the few features that the iPad lacks.

Adobe Flash

Apple iPad doesn’t have any flash support in it and the reason behind this is the long squabble between the two companies i.e. Adobe and Apple. The user can’t watch flash-based streaming or can’t play flash-based games. This means that every ones favorite site Youtube is out of the picture.

Storage Capacity

The Apple iPad comes in three different storage capacities and the maximum capacity is 64GB, which means you’ve to stick with 64GB. Lets hope that there will be an external memory card for iPad in future.

Tablet PC with no Multitasking

The notable flaw of iPad is that there is no multitasking in this gadget same as iPhone. Means you can’t listen songs while writing any document or you can’t use messenger while surfing.

3G model

If you are buying the 3G version, you’ll require the AT&T service. Because of the MicroSim in iPad the user can’t use other services like T-Mobile or Verizon. So, using AT&T service is the only option.

iPad Design

Most people are also criticizing about the design of Apple iPad, some say it is inelegant and some say it is uncomfortable because it needs to be hold on one hand and used by the other hand or if you are sitting you have to put in on your lap to work on it. Also there is a lot of complaining about the Bezel too.

Just by listening to these problems and judging it is not fair. There is a good side of iPad too, which shouldn’t be ignored.

Problems Related with iPAD

Apple iPad the unquestionably beautiful and sleek gadget has some drawbacks which are reducing the attractiveness of iPad. If you have used notebooks or iPhone or other tablet PC, you probably may have noticed that there are some features which iPad don’t have. Lets take a review of some problems in iPad.

Flash not supported:

The tablet PC – iPad doesn’t support flash that forbids the user to watch any flash content. Nearly 80% websites use flash apps, which means the user can’t enjoy those 80% websites and stuck with only normal webs.

No Camera:

Apple iPad has many models but not a single model has camera in it. The user is stuck with the gadget that is unable to take photos or record precious moments.

Battery and Adapter:

The iPad has fixed battery in it.  Buying batteries in spare have no use for iPad. You have to use the same battery all the time. About the adapter, Apple has their adapters for charging iPad and you can’t connect any third party adapter.

Multitasking:

You’ll be disappointed to hear this that multitasking in iPad is not available, this means you cannot do more than one task at the same time. If you are using any application and getting bore and want to listen some songs you are unable to do it and stuck with 1 application at a time only.

It is right that these problems in iPad have made iPad less interesting. However, even these problems may not be able to fail iPad. This is because iPad have so many outstanding features and functions; on top of that, its performance is very good too. So you should try the iPad, at least once.
